The Pre-Session, including Datathon and the Skills Workshops, will be held on Thursday, July 12. The Datathon will run from 10:00am – 10:00pm, and the Skills Workshops will run from 9:00am – 6:00pm. The General Session begins Friday, July 13 at 8:30am and ends no later than 1:15 PM on Sunday, July 15. The conference website will be updated with additional scheduling information as the agenda is finalized.

Flights Into Chicago:
Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is the nearest airport, located approximately 16 miles (a 35–50 minute drive) from the Northwestern University campus and the Hilton Orrington Hotel.
The Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is a second, less convenient option, located approximately 25 miles from the Northwestern University campus and the Hilton Orrington Hotel.

Pre-Session (Datathon & Workshops) check-in will be held from 8:00 AM–9:00 AM for Workshops, and 8:00-10:00 AM for Datathon on Thursday, July 12. General Session check-in will be held from 7:30AM–8:30AM on Friday, July 13.
A continental breakfast will be served each morning prior to the start of each day’s sessions. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served on all days of the conference with the exception of Friday evening, where attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy dinner (following our reception) on their own.
World Cup coverage will be shown in HUB L070 (lower level) on Saturday and Sunday mornings if you wish to check in between our programming. Games begin at 9am on Saturday, and 10am on Sunday.
