Location/Logistics

HOTEL SHUTTLE

A shuttle will be available to transport guests, alumni and speakers from the Hilton Orrington to the speaker registration or preparation location. This shuttle will begin in the morning and continue throughout the day depending on final schedules and the weather.

PARKING LOT SHUTTLE

In the morning (7:30–10 a.m.), school buses will loop between the Ryan Field Parking Lot, the Foster/Maple Lot and the registration/breakfast area near Jacobs. Expect pick ups every 15 minutes. There will be a shuttle from the Foster/Maple during the day for speakers who arrive later than 10 a.m. Students arriving later may also take advantage of the campus shuttles.

WELSH/RYAN SHUTTLE

School buses will transport all attendees from their final track sessions to Welsh/Ryan beginning promptly at 5 p.m. Pick up locations will be in the Arts Circle just outside Pick-Staiger & Galvin Hall, outside Cahn Auditorium on Emerson St. and outside the Jacobs Center on Foster St.

END OF DAY SHUTTLE

School buses will also transport attendees from campus back to hotels, parking lots and public transportation following the networking reception. Buses will pick-up outside Welsh/Ryan until 9:15 p.m.

Alumni and guest parking is available at the Foster/Maple Parking Lot and the Ryan Field Parking Lot. Volunteers will be present with parking passes. Regular shuttles will provide transport to Jacobs Hall.

Students, faculty and staff must purchase a daily pass. See Parking FAQs for parking eligibility. Parking is available at the Foster/Maple Parking Lot or Ryan Field Parking Lot. Regular shuttles will pick-up from both locations and transport attendees to Jacobs Hall.
