Dan published his first book, “Winning at Social Customer Care: How Top Brands Create Engaging Experiences on Social Media,” available on Amazon. The book covers best practices from dozens of interviews with top brands that are setting the new standard for customer engagement on Facebook and Twitter.

Sami Habbab

Sami started a metals mining company in 2017, and just had his second child in early 2018.

Okan Cuntay

Okan established his own company in 2011, which markets innovative construction materials in Turkey. All of his products have disruptive and green attributes in a very old-fashioned market. Kellogg alumnus Hakan Hazneci introduced him to a very important contractor with whom he was able to secure fruitful contracts. He is happily married with two boys, ages 6 and 9.
