About KTAG

The Kellogg Team and Group Research Center (KTAG) is a research-based community of scholars from several disciplines dedicated to the study of understanding and improving the performance of work teams in organizations. The research focus of KTAG is broad and a variety of topics includes: Group decision making, creativity, communication and networking, problem-solving, information technology communication, resource allocation, dissent, innovation, planning, task productivity, morale and satisfaction, group member well-being, and organizational effectiveness.

A partial list of goals for the center are:

  • to be a nationally recognized Center for research on teams and groups
  • to be an international site for management education in team and group behavior
  • to be a major site for graduate education in team and group research
  • to be a major provider of continuing education programs on team and group behavior to the executive and management worlds
