Students, faculty and staff give back to the community on Kellogg’s annual service day

11/21/2011 - Hundreds of members of the Kellogg community rolled up their sleeves Nov. 5 for the ninth annual Kellogg Cares service day.

From painting and cleaning to gardening and working with children, Kellogg students, faculty and staff performed a variety of activities on behalf of local nonprofit organizations.

"A large portion of participants bring their family and friends as well, and we're proud to be able to provide this kind of opportunity for everyone to come out to," organizers said.
