10/10/2008 - The Kellogg School’s Executive MBA Program (EMBA) has been ranked No. 1 in the world by The Wall Street Journal in its inaugural ranking of EMBA programs.

As part of this assessment, thousands of students and companies were asked to rank EMBA programs across a multitude of categories. The Kellogg School earned particular distinction from companies for its curriculum and class format.

“At Kellogg, we are proud to see our Executive MBA Program enjoy continual success and recognition,” said Julie Cisek Jones, assistant dean and director of the program. “This ranking is reflective of our unparalleled approach, the high caliber of students who come through our doors and the Kellogg School’s overall excellence as an academic institution.”

The Kellogg School’s EMBA program serves mid-career executives preparing for the next stage in their professional life, as well as senior executives who wish to enhance their skills and leadership effectiveness.

In addition to its programs in Evanston, Ill., and Miami, Fla., Kellogg has joint executive MBA programs with the Recanati Graduate School of Management at Tel Aviv University in Israel; WHU-Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management in Vallendar, Germany; the School of Business and Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in China; and the Schulich School of Management at York University in Toronto, Canada. These partnerships have allowed the school to build an international network of MBA students, all of whom have benefited from the academic excellence, team leadership and diversity that have been hallmarks of the Kellogg School experience for decades.
