Kristin Barnett

Kristin Barnett Strategic Co-Chair

Kristin is a first-year student at the Kellogg School of Management who intends to major in Marketing with a focus in Data Analytics. In addition to the Women’s Leadership Workshop, Kristin participated in the Annual Kellogg Marketing Competition (ask her about iced coffee!) and volunteers as a reader for the Kellogg Student Admissions Committee and member of the Inner-City Mentoring Club. Kristin is a native Texan who received her BA in Communication from the University of Oklahoma, after which she worked in several advertising, marketing, and project management roles. Most recently, Kristin led North American brand strategy for a global B2B firm in Atlanta, GA. As a 2014 Women’s Leadership Workshop alum, Kristin is particularly passionate about co-chairing this year’s event and cannot wait to inspire and encourage the next generation of female leaders!

Archana Morrison

Archana Morrison Strategic Co-Chair

Archana is a first-year student at the Kellogg School of Management, and is hoping to major in Managing organization and Strategy. At Kellogg, Archana is involved with WLW, Consulting Club, e-club and Women’s Business Association. Archana grew up in India and received a B.Tech from NIT, Trichy and an M.S from North Carolina State University. After graduation, Archana worked in Austin (Texas) in the technology sector, starting in R&D and then product and technology roadmap. Archana is passionate about mentoring and enabling people and women in particular have careers they are passionate about. She was a founding member of Women In Technology at Samsung and a mentor with Austin Partners In Education.

Emily Volpini

Emily Volpini Programming Co-Chair

Emily is a first-year student at the Kellogg School of Management who intends to major in Managing Organizations. In addition to the Women's Leadership Workshop, she is a Board Fellow, a tour guide, and a first-year Director of Recruiter Relations for Kellogg Consulting Club. Emily was born and spent most of her childhood in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and moved to Kentucky in high school. She earned her BA in Public Relations at the Pennsylvania State University. Over the past eight years, Emily worked in the education sector in New York City, holding a variety of roles from school operations to chief of staff at a network of charter schools. Emily plans to move into management consulting after Kellogg.

Chioma Aladi Programming Co-Chair

Chioma is a first-year student at the Kellogg School of Management who intends to major in Strategy and Marketing. In addition to the Women’s Leadership Workshop, she is a first-year director for African Business Club and a member of High Tech Club and Black Management Association. Chiomareceived her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Igbinedion University, Nigeria and her Master’s degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from University of Florida. After UF, she joined the Technology Leadership Development Program at Cummins, where she spent 3.5 years working across multiple functions in Strategy, Corporate Finance and Data Architecture. Post Kellogg, Chioma intends to transition into strategy consulting and her long-term focus is on emerging markets.

Ana Testolini

Ana Testolini Operations Co-Chair

Ana is a first-year student at the Kellogg School of Management with intended majors in Strategy and Economics. After getting an Economics B.A. degree from the University of Chicago, she worked at Discover Financial Services for 5 years in various roles in Credit Risk Management and Digital Marketing. Most recently, she was a project manager responsible for the strategy and delivery of on-site digital campaigns such as Balance Transfer and Collections. Ana is passionate about LGBT and Women’s issues and led Discover’s participation on the 2016 Chicago Pride Parade. In addition to her role as Operations Co-Chair for the Women’s Leadership Workshop, she is also Diversity & Inclusion Director for Pride @ Kellogg, and Admissions Reader. After Kellogg, she intends to transition into management consulting and have a significant impact on major corporations.

Veronica Clarkson

Veronica Clarkson Operations Co-Chair

Veronica Clarkson is a first-year student at the Kellogg School of Management with intended majors in Strategy and Health Enterprise Management. She attended Brown University for her undergraduate degree, majoring in Economics and Environmental Studies. Veronica started her career in management consulting in Washington, DC. Most recently, she worked in strategy and operations for a solar company in San Francisco, CA, launching a residential solar financing program. In addition to the Women’s Leadership Workshop, Veronica is involved in the Healthcare Club and is planning the Business of Healthcare Conference. After Kellogg, Veronica hopes to pursue a career in healthcare management.
