Isabella Caicedo is a first year student at the Kellogg School of Management. Isabella was born in Colombia and attended Universidad de Los Andes, where she majored in Business Administration. Prior to Kellogg, Isabella was responsible for driving growth for core brands at Cereal Partners Worldwide (Nestlé and General Mills) in the Colombia and Ecuador markets. She also volunteered in the Women for Colombia Foundation where she worked toward empowering women and providing visibility and networking opportunities. At Kellogg, Isabella also serves in the Kellogg Student Association Careers Committee. She intends to major in Management & Organizations and Human Resources Management and aspires to work in Human Capital, Talent and Organizational Development.

Julie Chen is an MBA student at Kellogg School of Management, concentrating in Marketing, Strategy and Finance. She attended Northwestern University for her undergraduate degree, majoring in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics. Julie started her career at a boutique strategy-consulting firm in San Francisco. She worked on projects ranging from developing a go to market strategy to a space imagery company to creating a marketing plan for adult diapers. While she enjoyed the opportunities in consulting, she realized her passion was in consumer and she applied to business school to be able to go into marketing and hopefully gain a role in brand management within technology or consumer product goods.

Halley Li is an MBA candidate at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, intended to major in Marketing and Strategy. She previously received an MA in International Area Studies from Stanford University and a Certificate in Financial Analysis from New York University. Prior to Kellogg, she worked at ICR Inc., a communications consultancy in New York City, specializing in financial communications and crisis management for CPG, retail, and restaurant companies going through IPO, M&A, reputational crises. After Kellogg, Halley aspires to work in brand management for a global consumer product company.

Ashley Gertrud Jurinka is a first year student at the Kellogg School of Management with intended majors in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Management & Strategy. At Kellogg, Ashley is involved with the Kellogg Education Technology Incubator, where she received seed funding to start an on-demand networking platform for Kellogg students. Prior to Kellogg, she worked at Slow Boat Brewery, a startup microbrewery in Beijing, China, where she helped open and manage the company’s first taproom. Before China, Ashley worked in Washington, DC for the Public Defender, where she investigated criminal cases for indigent clients in DC Jail. Ashley graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park—her hometown state—with a degree in Government & Politics and a minor in German.

Jane Vu is a first year student in the MMM program at the Kellogg School of Management. Jane was born and raised in the Los Angeles Area and attended the University of California, Los Angeles where she majored in Aerospace Engineering. Prior to Kellogg, Jane worked at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems as a systems engineer, where she worked on NASA’s polar orbiting mission and various classified drone programs. At Kellogg, Jane serves as director of academics for the MMM program.

Priya Wad is a first year student at Kellogg School of Management, with intended majors in Analytical Finance and Management & Strategy. Prior to Kellogg, Priya graduated from Claremont McKenna College with degrees in Economics and Psychology. Priya then lived in New York City, working for Citi in both their marketing and trade finance groups. At Kellogg, Priya is involved with Student Admissions Committee (STAC), Kellogg Student Association (KSA Global Affairs), and the Investment Management Club (IMC).

Jamie is a first-year student at the Kellogg School of Management, majoring in Finance and Social Impact. In addition to her work as Marketing Co-chair on the Women's Leadership Workshop committee, Jamie is a part of the Kellogg Student Association (KSA) Careers Committee, Cork & Screw Off-campus Events Committee, and a member of the Forte Fellow Class of 2016. Jamie is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and has her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA. Prior to Kellogg, Jamie worked as an investment associate the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation and as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup.

Mónica is a first-year student at the Kellogg School of Management who intends to major in Marketing Management and Management & Organizations. In addition to the Women's Leadership Workshop, she is involved with Day at Kellogg (our admitted students weekend) and the Hispanic Management Association. Mónica was born and raised in San Juan Puerto Rico, and prior to Kellogg, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan, both in the field of Spanish Literature. After some time spent as a teacher, she pursued a career in sales and marketing within the publishing industry, which led her to want to earn an MBA. After Kellogg, Mónica hopes to pursue a career in retail or brand management.

Bailey is a first-year student at Kellogg School of Management, majoring in Management & Strategy and Management & Organizations. In addition to her work on the Women's Leadership Workshop, Bailey is a Strategic Initiatives Associate for the Kellogg Consulting Club, Section Social Representative for the Kellogg Student Association, and a member of the Forte Fellow Class of 2016. Bailey hails from Long Island, New York, and prior to Kellogg she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University where she also captained the Varsity Softball team. Most recently, Bailey was working in London for a financial services firm, State Street Corporation, as an internal consultant and intend to pursue a career in management consulting upon graduation.

At Kellogg, Sophie is involved with the Southeast Asia Club and leading the Global Initiatives in Management trip to Nicaragua as well as preparing for the KWEST 2015. Prior to business school, she worked for the Department of Finance of the Philippine government.

Rebecca Sholiton is a first-year student at the Kellogg School of Management with intended majors in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Finance. Rebecca graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em Horns!) with a degree in Business Administration and a second degree in History. Following graduation, she spent three years at Deloitte Consulting in their Strategy & Operations group. In 2011, Rebecca left Deloitte for Peru, where she spent over two years focused on economic development projects. Working with the Goldman Sachs Foundation 10,000 Women and USAID Women’s Leadership in Small and Medium Enterprise, Rebecca helped bring business education programs to women entrepreneurs in six cities across Peru. At Kellogg, Rebecca is involved with Brew ‘N Q as the Director of Education and the Kellogg Student Association as a Section Social Chair.

Jenn Betts is a second year student at Kellogg School of Management in the joint JD/MBA program. In addition to her role as Registration Co-Chair, she in involved in KWEST Exec, Ski Committee, and the JD/MBA Board. Jenn graduated from Penn State with honors where she majored in Marketing. She also has a Sociology degree from University of Colorado. After graduating, she worked in strategy consulting at Deloitte. After focusing on healthcare strategy, she moved CH2M HILL, a large civil engineering firm, as a Corporate Development associate. There she focused on developing enterprise strategy and acquisitions.

Carmen Sebro is a first-year MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management, majoring in Management & Strategy, Marketing, and Social Enterprise. In addition to her role as a Co-Chair for the Women’s Leadership Workshop, Carmen also serves as a Kellogg Board Fellow and consultant for Chicago Public Schools. She attended Stanford University for her undergraduate degree, majoring in Human Biology. After working in strategy and operations for McMaster-Carr, Carmen returned to Stanford University as an Assistant Director of Admission. Her core responsibilities included rendering decisions on undergraduate applications and building marketing and recruitment strategies. In her free time, Carmen builds community by mentoring college and high school students. She is excited to make a global impact on communities as a Kellogg MBA.

Melanie Chuen is a first year student at the Kellogg School of Management with intended majors in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Management & Strategy. At Kellogg, Melanie is involved with the Student Admissions Committee as an interviewer, Kellogg Board Fellows, and the Kellogg Impact Consulting Club. Prior to Kellogg, Melanie spent a year in Rwanda launching a university program for high-achieving, low-income Rwandese students. Previously, she worked as the Director of Global Operations at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, a strategy consulting firm focused on international development, and as a Recruiter for Lehman Brothers. She graduated from Stanford University with a bachelors in East Asian Studies.

Meijin Teo is a first year at the Kellogg School of Management – she intends to major in Finance, Accounting Information & Management and Management & Organizations. Originally from Singapore, she graduated from Nanyang Technological University where she majored in Materials Science and Engineering and minored in Psychology. Prior to Kellogg, Meijin worked for with Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong. At Kellogg, on top of being part of the Women’s Leadership Workshop, she’s also part of the Kellogg Buddy Executive Board, the Greater China Business Conference committee and a member of the Kellogg Boxing Club. After Kellogg, she intends to pursue a career in Investment Banking.
