Tony Natale recently concluded his 15th interim CEO or lead director role as a turnaround leader. His last two consulting assignments in 2016 involved private equity backed platform companies that are now stable and performing. In October 2016, he went on Shedd Aquarium’s research boat to collect animals for the Caribbean reef, but Hurricane Matthew forced them to stay moored and not dive.
