Program Specific Feedback Instruments

  1. Get feedback from your manager, direct reports and team members on the key elements of leadership that will be discussed in the classroom. Get a sense for your current leadership capabilities.

    One-on-One Coaching Sessions

  2. During the program, meet with a Kellogg Leadership Coach to privately discuss your feedback and begin developing action plans for your own personal strategies for leadership effectiveness.

    Optional Post-Program Coaching

  3. For an additional fee of $2,000, you may choose to partner with a Kellogg Leadership Coach at the conclusion of the program. This package includes three 45-minute, post-program private coaching sessions via phone.
