Saloni Doshi

Saloni has extensive experience in the nonprofit and private sector. She spent three years as a management consulting at Oliver Wyman and then four years working at Teach For America as the Director of Strategy and Managing Director of Alumni Leadership. She came to business school to pursue her long-term career goal of leveraging market-driven strategies and business best practices to mitigate social and environmental challenges. This summer, Saloni will be interning with New Venture Advisors, supporting seed stage ventures focused on sustainable food systems in assessing business feasibility and developing business plans.

Josh Engel

Prior to Kellogg, Josh specialized in building public-private partnerships for the training and employment of chronically unemployed individuals. During and after Kellogg, Josh has focused on strategy and operations consulting for social enterprises, including at the New Foundry Ventures incubator. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of a social startup focused on the delivery of basic services in urban slums.
