- Coordinate with speaker any presentation materials (slides).
- Confirm leadership team attendance for event.
3 days before
- Confirm attendance numbers with Megan Anthony for catering.
- Send reminder to registered guests.
Day of
- Arrive early to greet speaker.
- Pick up event supplies from Evening & Weekend office.
- Designate student volunteer to coordinate check-in.
Post Event
- Provide Speaker Notice with speaker information and copy Megan Anthony to ensure a thank you note will be sent by the Dean's Office.
- Return extra event supplies to Evening & Weekend office.
