Planning On-Site Events

  • Coordinate with speaker any presentation materials (slides).
  • Confirm leadership team attendance for event. 

3  days before

  • Confirm attendance numbers with Megan Anthony for catering.
  • Send reminder to registered guests.

Day of

  • Arrive early to greet speaker.
  • Pick up event supplies from Evening & Weekend office.
  • Designate student volunteer to coordinate check-in.

Post Event

  • Provide Speaker Notice with speaker information and copy Megan Anthony to ensure a thank you note will be sent by the Dean's Office.
  • Return extra event supplies to Evening & Weekend office.
