Please utilize our booking system in CampusGroups, using this link: Academic Advising Appointments. For your convenience, bookmark this page for future use.

Booking an appointment:

  1. Click “Book” next to the Advisor.
  2. Select your desired date and time for a 30 minute advising session.
  3. Complete the questions regarding your desired modality and topic.

You will know the booking was successful if a confirmation appears.  You should also see the meeting on your Outlook calendar and receive a confirmation email.

Cancelling an appointment:

  1. Go to your Campus Groups home page by clicking on the    icon at the top left of the page.
  2. Under “More” on the left tool bar, click on “My Meetings”.
  3. Select upcoming meetings in the middle drop down box, click on the 3 vertical dots at the right, and select “Cancel Advising Session”.

You will know the cancellation is successful if the meeting no longer appears on your list of meetings or in your Outlook calendar.  To reschedule, please book another appointment. NOTE: Deleting the appointment in Outlook will not cancel the appointment in CampusGroups, meaning another student isn’t able to book that time.

If you experience Time Zone issues:

  1. When booking an appointment, on Step #2 listed above when you select your desired date and time, make sure the time zone listed at the top right of your appointment booking options is set for “Central Time (US & Canada)”
  2. In general, make sure your computer’s time zone is set for Central Time (US & Canada)
