Executive education focuses on alumni

You've earned your Kellogg MBA. Wise move. But because management challenges continue to shift, growing more complex due to globalization, Kellogg offers lifelong leadership education — executive programs tailored especially for those who already have an advanced business degree.

With offerings like the Kellogg Post-MBA Program, a comprehensive overview of the latest general management concepts and tools, you have the chance to continue learning from top Kellogg scholars who present insights focused on new developments in management thinking within the past decade. The program, which runs for nearly two weeks (next session is scheduled for April 2008), covers a range of functional topics from accounting and marketing to operations and IT. Leadership lessons are also integral to the curriculum, and participants learn how to motivate people for superior performance and how to lead through values-based management principles.

Other executive education offerings include Kellogg on New Directions in Management, an intensive two-day program held annually and oriented exclusively for Kellogg graduates. Created four years ago, New Directions is designed to reignite your passion for new management thinking by giving you the skills to stay ahead of the pack.

To learn more about these and many other Kellogg Executive Education offerings — and to read alumni testimonials about the value of these programs — visit the Executive Education Web site.
