Roger Fong recently settled near Richmond, Va., after joining the exodus from Silicon Valley. Roger writes: "As the tag-along spouse in a Philip Morris relocation, I negotiated a 'back to school' package with my wife, Rita Chan, and have started my doctoral studies in information systems at Virginia Commonwealth University's B-school. Cathy Tobben Schulte and her husband, Bruce Schulte, announce the birth of their son, Julian Joseph Schulte, on May 27. Julian weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 21 inches. Cathy, Bruce and Julian reside in Evanston, Ill.
