How to Schedule Small Group Tutoring
You can view and schedule tutoring sessions on the Full-Time Core Course Tutoring "Tutoring Sessions" tab on KelloggGroups. There is no financial cost to students to register.  While not required, emailing your questions to tutors 24 hours ahead is recommended.

Registration for a given session will open the previous Wednesday at 12 pm.

Small Group Tutoring Policies

  • Limit of one (1) tutoring session per week per course. This may change if there is sufficient demand and we can add more tutor hours.
  • Tutors cannot directly answer any problems yet to be graded.  The concepts behind yet to be graded work can be discussed.
  • Students must be enrolled in a course in order to access its tutoring sessions.
  • Tutoring sessions will not cover material yet to be presented in class; they are limited to content that has already been covered.
  • Tutees are responsible for cancelling their registration at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend.
  • Kellogg Honor Code is in effect at all times.
  • Tutoring is offered week 2 through week 10.
  • Up to 5 students per tutoring group, although exceptions may be made during periods of high demand.
Marketplace Tutoring Program
Academic Experience also provides a Marketplace of tutors who are qualified to provide additional academic support to students in all of our degree programs.  Tutors accept tutoring engagements at will, and the rest -- pay rate, group size, logistics -- is negotiated directly between the tutor and tutee(s). Please visit the Kellogg Marketplace Tutors website to review the full list of tutors, also viewable by subject.

Please don’t hesitate to email
Academic Experience if you have any questions.
