Participants may combine this program with Creating and Leading a Culture of Innovation to participate in the Growth and Innovation Week. When taken consecutively, these programs are offered at a discount. Program Materials

The program is designed for executives who are responsible for leading and managing growth initiatives in medium- to large-sized companies. Typically, this includes regional or business unit leaders, business development executives, and executives in marketing, technology, R&D, operations, and strategic planning. We encourage companies to send teams of up to five executives in order to gain a richer shared learning experience that will help move growth projects forward.

Key Highlight
To personalize the experience, participants will be required to bring to the program an in-depth knowledge of a high-priority growth initiative at their company. As they progress through the program, participants will prepare their own growth initiative journal to begin applying the concepts presented in the program. The journals will be critiqued by the faculty during and after the program.
