Simone Cavallaro joined Kellogg in the Winter of 2007 as a Research Laboratory Manager for the two behavioral labs in the school, managing accounts and day to day operations of the subject pool (subject recruiting and study announcements), as well as the lab space reservation system. He also deals with subject payments and assists faculty and doctoral students in the setup of their studies in the lab's computers.

Prior to coming to Kellogg, Simone was working as a recruiter for the Verona branch of German Allbecon, a staffing firm. Before that, he was a research assistant in the social psychology lab in the New School for Social Research. He also has experience as a human resource specialist and a computing instructor. Simone has a laurea in industrial and organizational psychology from the Universit´┐Ż degli Studi di Padova, and did a year of master's work in the New School. He is knowledgeable in software packages widely used in behavioral research such as Direct RT and MediaLab, in addition to SPSS.
