Prior to his time with Patron, Mr. Wilson was the President of BrandMuscle's beverage alcohol group, and held leadership positions with Southern Wine and Spirits and Seagram's.

Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club: Robert Nathan, Co-founder & CEO of Load Delivered Logistics- April 16, 2013
At age 25, Robert Nathan co-founded Load Delivered Logistics, a technology-enabled third-party logistics provider, to improve inefficiencies in the logistics sector. Nathan leveraged his experience at a top 100 3PL provider to achieve 975% revenue growth from 2008-2012, earning a spot on the Inc. 500/5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the US.

• Kellogg's curriculum that teaches innovation and entrepreneurship from an integrated perspective and includes a focus on three areas: corporate innovation, mid-cap growth and new venture creation
• Building an ecosystem within and around Kellogg that links innovators and entrepreneurs to each other

Why do women continue to be under-represented in elite leadership roles? The WBA will be hosting a two-part series focusing on "Women in the Workplace". Gabe has nearly 24 years of marketing and leadership experience. He is currently Vice President, US Marketing for Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, Gabe was Vice President, Regional Marketing, Mentor Corporation where he was responsible for regional marketing in the EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions. Gabe was instrumental in the successful integration of Mentor Corporation into Ethicon Inc. and Johnson & Johnson, a large acquisition that included the assimilation of 1,400 employees at six worldwide locations.
