Prentice Demo – 333 Superior demolition

The demolition of 333 East Superior is finished with only minor clean up left. Brandenburg will be pouring concrete on Saturday, October 25, to repair areas of the Lurie alley. The damage is minimal and we will complete the repairs on the same day. In keeping with the beauty of Streeterville the site will be covered with top soil (October 27-29) and then the site will be hydro-seeded for green grass. The construction fencing will be removed and a fence that mimics the prairie lot fencing just south of the site will be installed on November 10.
