Jane Robertson Memorial Academic Excellence Award
The Jane Robertson Memorial Academic Excellence Award is presented each year to Evening & Weekend Program students who complete their first 10 classes with a cumulative GPA of 4.0 (measured at the end of the fall quarter each year). The award is the only one of its kind, created by students to honor fellow classmates for academic achievement.

Eric Bellendir
Eric joined Kellogg in Winter 2014 and will be graduating this quarter. For the past year and a half Eric has worked for BMO Harris as a Portfolio Manager in the Financial Institutions Group where he underwrites corporate loans to non-bank financial institutions. Prior to his role at BMO Harris, he worked in commercial banking for First Midwest Bank and was a Financial Advisor for PNC Investments where he obtained his Certified Financial Planner (“CFP”) designation. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign with an Economics degree and Math and business minors. Outside of work Eric enjoys watching Silicon Valley and Game of Thrones. He is also currently busy with wedding planning as he recently got engaged to Claudia Garcia, a Kellogg classmate that he met in his cohort.

Anne Hendricks
Anne started at Kellogg in Spring 2014 and will graduate after Summer Quarter 2016 with a major in Management & Strategy and Finance. Since graduating from Dartmouth College in 2008, Anne has worked at The Northern Trust Company. She is currently a Second Vice President and Private Banker in the Wealth Advisory Services Group. She is responsible for servicing the multifaceted banking needs of high net worth individuals. Prior to her current role at Northern Trust, Anne served as a Credit Analyst/Underwriter. Outside of Kellogg and work, Anne serves as the Vice President of Fundraising and executive member of the Academy for Urban School Leadership (AUSL) Associates Board.

Stefanie Lechter
Stefanie joined Kellogg in the Spring 2014 and plans to major in Marketing and Management Strategy. She recently started a new role at IA Collaborative, a design thinking and innovation consulting company, where she is able to pursue her passion for driving business growth and innovation based on consumer behavior and insights. Her background is in Systems Engineering and Economics, which she studied at Washington University in St. Louis. In her free time, Stefanie enjoys running, traveling to explore different cultures around the world, vintage furniture shopping, and working on various home improvement and gardening projects with her husband Eli.

Alyssa Schroeder
Alyssa began her Kellogg career in the Spring of 2014 and will be graduating in 2016 with majors in Marketing, Strategy, and Managerial Analytics. She currently works in brand management at Tyson Foods (formerly Hillshire Brands) in Chicago. In this role, she manages the $500 million Jimmy Dean refrigerated business. Prior to Kellogg, Alyssa graduated from the Ohio State University magna cum laude with honors in Marketing and Operations Management. After college before moving to Chicago, she was the Brand Manager for the $2 billion American Eagle Outfitters brand in Pittsburgh. Alyssa has always had a passion for being involved in her school and community and was recently the President for the Women’s Business Association at Kellogg. Post graduation, Alyssa hopes to continue her career in strategy and marketing. In her free time, Alyssa loves being active outdoors (running, hiking, biking) and trying new healthy recipes.

Ashley Sommerschield
Ashley began at Kellogg in the Fall of 2014 majoring in Finance and Strategy. Ashley recently joined Timshel, a technology and consulting company in Chicago, as the Director of People and Operations. Timshel’s software platform, The Groundwork, is a comprehensive and customizable solution for mission driven organizations to reach communities and increase their social impact. Previously, Ashley worked at GreatPoint Energy in an operations and general management role. Ashley grew up in downtown Chicago. She and her family now live in Lincoln Park and love summer in the city where they can often be found creating home made scavenger hunts around town.
