Payment Directly to Student Finance

Deadline: The deadline date indicated on your bill. Please visit the Student Finance website for important dates.

A $200 late fee will apply after the deadline on your bill.

If you opt to pay your tuition directly to Student Finance online (eCheck/credit card) through QuikPay, please note:

Your check/bank card/credit card options are American Express, Discover and MasterCard.
You will have a 2.50% service fee for all online credit card payments. There is no service fee for eCheck payments.
To access the service, you will need to log into CAESAR with your NetID and password.
Go to CAESAR > For Students > Financial Services > View My E-Bill & E-Payment.
Any questions regarding QuikPay should be directed to the Student Financial Services Office at (312) 503-8503.

If you opt to pay your tuition by check:
You can submit payment in person at Student Finance/Depository Service located at 345 E. Superior Street, on the Mezzanine Level by the deadline provided on your tuition invoice. The hours are 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Wednesday. The Evening & Weekend MBA Program office will not receive or take the check to the Student Finance Office.

Or a check or money order made payable to Northwestern University can be mailed to the Student Finance Department below. Your name and student ID number should be included on the check.
