Billing Information

Northwestern University will deliver your bills electronically as part of the University’s continuing efforts to better serve its students.  Your bill will be posted securely online rather than printed on paper and mailed.

You will receive email notification at your official Northwestern University email address when each new bill is available online.  Please pay tuition by the deadline indicated on your bill.  Visit the Student Accounts website for important dates.

To view your bill (with option to print), log in to QuikPAY, NU’s eBill & ePay service, with your Northwestern NetID and password at www.northwestern.edu/caesar/: CAESAR Financial Services > View My E-Bill & E-Payment. The option of making your payments online or by mail will continue to be your choice. 

For someone else (such as your parent, spouse or sponsor) to have access to your bills online, you must first identify him/her as your Authorized Payer by logging in to QuikPAY through CAESAR. Each payer you have authorized will receive email notification for each new bill, be able to view your bills online, optionally make electronic payments and see his/her personal history of ePayments online. Authorized payers can log in to QuikPAY at https://quikpayasp.com/northwestern/tuition/authorized.do. No action is required if you have previously authorized payers for your account. Those authorizations are still in effect. 

Though we encourage you to receive your bills electronically, you may request paper billing. If you want to receive paper bills in the mail, you must request a paper bill under User Preferences in QuikPAY via CAESAR.
