“As a MMM, I create and deliver value at the intersection of business, design innovation, and technology”
What made you decide to join the MMM Program?
As an analyst at GE and in private equity, I used to live and breathe the analytical mindset. I had deduced, induced, and, ultimately, reduced myself to thinking in terms of Excel models, constraints, risks, and costs. Not big ideas. Not end-users. And definitely not innovation.
I realized to deliver value in today's complex organizations, leaders must consistently design innovative products, services, and processes, and then successfully manage these ideas from concept to execution.
I joined MMM to become a dual-minded business leader that inspires growth and delivers value through both design innovation and execution.
How is the MMM program helping you reach your goals?
I am passionate about operations management and upon graduation I will join BCG as a consultant. While at BCG, I plan to use my MMM education to design and build innovative operations strategies and processes that help clients create competitive advantage and secure lasting results.
What excites you the most about the MMM program?
The people. Hands down, my classmates are the most inspiring, eclectic, intelligent, fun, and thoughtful group of people I've ever met. Originally, I was excited to join the MMM program because of the unique educational offering. Now, what excites me the most is the fact that I am learning innovative ways to approach complex problems alongside some of my closest friends.
What stands out about the MMM program?
This is the only program that truly brings together design innovation, business, and technology. The tailored curriculum, small program size, and limitless amount of hands-on learning opportunities creates a unique graduate experience that to my knowledge is unmatched.
