Kellogg Wins Austin MBA Soccer Tournament

3/5/2007 - Following its first-place finish at UCLA's soccer tournament in fall 2006, the Kellogg School's soccer team won the 21-team Austin soccer tournament in February. Despite being placed in the toughest initial grouping, Kellogg defeated Stanford and Harvard alumni while tying Duke en route to winning its group. In the knock-out rounds, Kellogg defeated Berkeley and Wharton before destroying UCLA 3-0 in the final. Throughout the tournament, Kellogg played outstanding defense, allowing only one goal through six games. Anchoring the defense, Richard Bode was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player. Congratulations to Bode and to the other 13 players who represented Kellogg!
