Parking on Campus

Due to limited parking on campus, we strongly recommend finding alternative means of transportation to Reunion Weekend activities. Download a transportation overview.

If you plan to drive to campus, please plan extra time to park and locate the Kellogg Global Hub (2211 Campus Drive, Evanston). If you have accessibility issues and require the use of a shuttle, please call 847.864.9270 to request a pickup from the garage or surface lots.

Campus Parking Options

- A free shuttle will be running to/from the Foster & Maple Lot on Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. You will receive a hang-tag from the driver to place in your car for daytime parking. This is the preferred shuttle location for Reunion.

- Limited general parking will be available in the North Campus Parking Garage (2311 Campus Drive, Evanston). Please take the parking ticket to open the gate and enter. If you need to exit the garage before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, press the call button and mention “Reunion Weekend”, and the gate will be opened for you.

- Limited general parking will be available in the South Campus Parking Garage (1841 Campus Drive, Evanston). Please take the parking ticket to open the gate and enter. If you need to exit the garage before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, press the call button and mention “Reunion Weekend”, and the gate will be opened for you.

- If parking in an open surface lot on campus, you must display a hang-tag to park prior to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3. Parking hang-tags are available at the information desk in the Global Hub.

- Campus parking is free without a permit after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3 and all day on Saturday, May 4.

Off-Campus Transportation and Parking

Parking at class party venues is very limited, so we encourage you to use alternate means of transportation. Download a transportation overview.

Field Museum Party

Free valet parking available at the Field Museum.

Luxury shuttle buses from campus to the Field Museum will be available at a cost of $40 round trip per person. Please sign up for the shuttle bus when you register online for Reunion. You will not be able to register for the shuttle at walk-in registration. Reunion Shuttle Schedule:

6:00 p.m. pick-up: Kellogg Global Hub front door
6:15 p.m. pick-up: Hilton Orrington
11:00 p.m. departure: Field Museum of Chicago

1st–10th Reunion Class Parties

We recommend that you use taxi services, CTA, Metra and ride-share services to get to formal class parties for Classes of 2018, 2014 and 2009. Please contact these services directly to arrange your transportation; see below for details.

When to register

Walk-in registration will be available for the majority of Reunion activities, including most on-campus events and class parties. Need help? Email the Reunion team or call us at 847.467.2586.

How to pay on-site

On-site registration for Reunion 2019 will be cash-free. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

How to register a guest who is also a Kellogg alumna/alumnus

If your guest is also celebrating a Reunion this year, you should each register separately. If your guest is not celebrating a Reunion this year, register that person as your guest as part of your registration.

Cancellation policy

To receive a refund, you must submit your cancellation request by April 26, 2019. You can make your request by email, via phone (847.467.2586) or in writing to Reunion Team, 1007 Church Street, Suite 400, Evanston, IL 60201.

Family-Friendly Activities

Make Reunion 2019 a family affair. Children 18 and younger are welcome to attend special activities on Saturday, May 4, including:

  • The Children’s Workshop has a preregistration fee and is recommended for ages 8 to 12.

  • The Family-Friendly Picnic offers a variety of activities for young children. Children 18 and under are welcome free of charge. 

All other Reunion weekend sessions, events and activities are designed for alumni and guests 21+.

The Henry Crown Sports Pavilion and Norris Aquatics Center
SPAC boasts a variety of exercise equipment and pools, and as a Reunion guest you'll have free access to everything SPAC offers. Your Reunion name tag serves as your free admission pass.

Norris Center Bookstore
For Northwestern memorabilia and gifts, visit the bookstore on the lower level of Norris University Center.

Kellogg Emporium
For Kellogg memorabilia and gifts, visit the Emporium on the lower level of the Kellogg Global Hub.
Open Friday, May 3 from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 4 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
