Friends and family welcome at all events! The ceremony usually lasts 2 hours.

What happens in case of rain?
Convocation will be held outdoors in Ryan Field.

What should I wear? Some students dress very casually because they will be wearing robes during the ceremony. Others dress in business casual attire because they plan to take photos and will be going out to dinner afterwards. We recommend that you dress in light clothing -- the robes can be quite warm.

How do we get from the reception to the convocation ceremony at 5:00 P.M.?
Because parking is limited near the Global Hub, we recommend parking at Ryan Field first and taking the air conditioned shuttle bus to and from the reception. Buses will be will be running throughout the afternoon in a loop between the Global Hub and Ryan Field beginning at noon.Limited parking for vehicles displaying a valid handicapped tag as well as a drop-off site for persons with disabilities are available at Ryan Field. Wheelchair accessible buses will be available.
