Dear Participants,
We look forward to welcoming you to the 2016 Kellogg Corporate Governance Conference!
Since its inception, this gathering has provided a unique, high-level platform to openly discuss pressing issues and share best practices on corporate governance. While the role of and issues facing corporate directors have remained remarkably consistent during the past quarter century, the actions required to effectively govern have changed dramatically in light of rapid globalization, new technologies, and the rise of social media.
We are again fortunate to have an outstanding group of keynote speakers and panelists with us this year. They bring keen insights and deep experience across a wide range of topics - from board succession planning to activist investors, to the changing role of directors and beyond.
True to our Kellogg values, this conference is a collaborative effort among Kellogg, Spencer Stuart and EY. We are grateful to them for their continued commitment to this conference and for their active engagement throughout the year.
In advance of the conference, we encourage you to review the logistical information presented in this website. If you need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Kate VanZanten or call (847) 467-9109.
