Grainger's board of directors elected Greg Irving an officer of the company, effective April 1. While his title, vice president of financial services, and day-to-day duties remain substantially the same, he now can keep an eye on Ben at the officer meetings! Everything else for Greg is going along fine --- he's just busy like everyone else. Congratulations, Greg!

Senior vice president Randy Brumm has been appointed the ABN-AMRO services company account manager, responsible for all information technology service and delivery to the trust and capital markets businesses.
