Dan Gingiss recently launched a new podcast called “Focus on Customer Service,” which features brands that are delivering amazing customer service via social media. Executives from brands like Whole Foods Market, JetBlue, Chipotle, ModCloth, and Telstra share best practices for handling inquiries in the world’s most public customer service channel. The podcast is available on iTunes (where it was recently included on the coveted “New & Noteworthy” list), Stitcher and SoundCloud.

This January, Nancy Kulick became Point B’s national director of growth. Point B is a management-consulting firm that helps organizations form, execute and thrive. In this new role, Kulick will launch a national sales team, support Point B’s existing business development teams and enable the development of new solutions.
