After working as a career advisor for many years, Julie (Rupp) Dasher found her passion as a rug designer, launching Julie Dasher Rugs. In a showroom in Minneapolis, she has created more than 300 custom rug designs. She has sales reps in seven states and has opened a second showroom in Naples, Fla. After Kellogg, Julie completed a design training program with the Rhodec School in London. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Thom Dasher ’82, and their daughter, Lily, 15. Their son, Grant, 26, lives in Cambridge, Mass.

Margaret Chan celebrated 25 years in executive search, currently with Spencer Stuart in New York City, where she lives with her husband, Al Siu, and her children Olivia, 15, and Benjamin, 13.

After 25 years in the advertising business at Leo Burnett and Young & Rubicam, Trish (de Verteuil) Anastos earned a certification from The Hudson Institute of Coaching and started Anastos Coaching and Consulting. She conducts executive coaching engagements at corporations, facilitates programs and speaks on emotional intelligence and authentic leadership. She lives in Newport Beach, Calif., with her husband, David, and children Peter, 21, Daniel, 19, and Emily Grace, 13. She loves being a camp counselor for friends at her family cabin in Wisconsin.

Liz (Riley) Dwyer is happily retired and living in Darien, Conn., with her daughter, Maddie, 13. She spent the years after business school working for Drexel Burnham Lambert and Nomura Securities as an institutional fixed-income saleswoman specializing in mortgage and commercial mortgage-backed securities. She left the business with the arrival of her daughter and spends her time playing golf, tennis and bridge and engaging in community volunteer activities.
