The official textbook for this course is the eight edition of Allen, Brealey, and Myers. However, most of the chapter numbers in Brealey and Myers' Principles of Corporate Finance are the same for the seventh edition -- at least for the chapters I have assigned. The page numbers, however, have changed. Thus you are welcome to use your seventh edition books if you make the following changes to the syllabus:

• Lecture 6: Chapter 22 and pages 268-278.
• Lecture 9: Chapter 18 (pages 488-497) and Chapter 19.
• Lecture 10: Chapter 18 (pages 497-515).
• Lecture 11: Pages 418-19 and 511-515
• Lecture 13: Chapter 27 and pages 239-240.
• Lecture 14: Chapter 23
• Lecture 15: Chapter 33-34.
