The official textbook for this course is the seventh edition of Brealey and Myers. However, most of the chapter numbers in Brealey and Myers' Principles of Corporate Finance are the same for the fifth edition -- at least for the chapters I have assigned. The page numbers, however, have changed. Thus you are welcome to use your fifth edition books if you make the following changes to the syllabus:
