Abstract

Menus of Change Annual Report. An Initiative of the Harvard School of Public Health and the Culinary Institute of America FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSPARENCY AND RESILIENCY In 2014, the food industry was impacted by various large scale meat contamination problems. Technology has brought new apps and food tracing capabilities or consumers and many states have adopted GMO labeling rules, suggesting interest in food tracing is on a rapid rise.
