Customers and suppliers normally confront to achieve their own value quite frequently in the previous decades. The confrontation got converted to cooperation between Wal-Mart the giant retailer of the world with Proctor and Gamble the giant supplier of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) supplying detergents, disposable diapers (pampers) created in the last decade (1991) known as the new management paradigm of "Quick Response" and later as "Efficient Consumer Response" (ECR) in the corporate America.
