A National Multicity Model of the AIDS Reporting Delay

Our study examines variations in the AIDS reporting delay to the Centers for Disease Control across 110 metropolitan areas for the 22-year duration of the AIDS epidemic. We investiage issues of spatial correlation in the reporting delay, as well as Bayesian ranking of city-specific effects in the reporting hazard.
