The BMA Conference is Kellogg's longest running student-led conference. It is the Black Management Association’s most significant opportunity to bring transformative and diverse perspectives to business leaders of tomorrow.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Rise Up: Challenging the Status Quo through Business Leadership.” The conference will focus on challenging business leaders, present and future, to go beyond diversity effort norms to break down barriers and reimagine a more socially and ethnically equitable future.
