Andrea Dittmann is a Doctoral Candidate in Management & Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Andrea studies inequality and social class, and harnesses insights from this research to develop theory-driven interventions. She employs multimethod approaches in her research including field studies, lab experiments, and archival data analysis. Andrea's research has been published in journals including Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and Current Opinion in Psychology, and has been featured in the Harvard Business Review. She also writes for the Behavioral Scientist.
