Abstract
OpenFinance Network (OFN) was about to announce that the Protos Cryptocurrency Fund would become the first tokenized hedge fund offered to non-US investors and accredited US investors, through a digital security offering on OFN. Landing issuers like Protos seemed to be the key to driving OFN's ongoing growth in the digitization of alternative assets, but could OFN land a major non-blockchain/cryptocurrency-focused issuer that would add credibility outside OFN's niche market segment?
