Atrium Hours

In addition to (or in lieu of) other corporate promotion events, companies can hold Atrium Hours. Atrium Hours afford companies the opportunity to meet with students informally to discuss professional opportunities and answer student questions.

Atrium Hours Format

  • Companies will be provided with one six-foot table in a central location of the Global Hub.
  • Companies may request Atrium Hours sessions on two days per school year. 
  • Atrium Hours will begin on Monday, September 18th, 2017
  • Company Atrium Hours will be published in the CMS and Kellogg Groups calendars.  If you would like a specific time frame listed on the calendar for your Atrium Hours, please contact your Industry Relationship Manager

Although there are no scheduled appointments associated with Atrium Hours, please feel free to source candidates of interest through the Kellogg Resume Database. You may then send targeted emails to these individuals encouraging them to stop by your table and speak with a representative from your company.

Atrium Hours Logistics
Cost: There is no cost for holding Atrium Hours
Time: Tables are available between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The heaviest atrium traffic will be from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m., 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Location: Kellogg Global Hub, 2211 Campus Drive, Evanston Campus
Materials: We encourage bringing a branded tablecloth or free-standing banner to identify your company.  Companies may bring literature and/or giveaways.


We will begin accepting Atrium Hours requests on May 3rd, 2017 through the Kellogg Career Management System (CMS).
