Beth spends ten hours a week coaching Kellogg alumni on a one-to-one basis and also runs the Alumni Virtual Job Search Groups.

She is experienced in career transition and career re-entry, helping people discover and launch their "chapter two."

Beth counsels on a wide range of career issues including self-assessment, search strategies, networking, powerful resumes, mock interviews, interview preparation, negotiations, job offer decision-making and onboarding.

When working with either individuals or groups, Beth focuses on personal effectiveness.

She brings to her coaching work an extensive background in strategic marketing, executive training and business education. Previously, Beth held senior marketing positions with Fortune 100 companies across the U.S. Her employers included AT&T, Kraft, Ogilvy & Mather, Time Warner and JPMorgan Chase. Beth has independent business consulting experience with a variety of cable and telecom organizations including Mediacom, AT&T and Net2Phone.

A native of New York, Beth holds an MBA from Kellogg in marketing and international business and trained at the Copenhagen Business School's Advanced Program in International Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. Beth's professional coaching certifications are from The Coaching Institute. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and children.
