What’s new?

Professor Leemore Dafny

Professor Leemore Dafny has been appointed to the position of Deputy Director in the Federal Trade Commission.  While on leave from Kellogg next year, Professor Dafny will be serving the nation as its top health care anti-trust economist.  For more about the appointment visit the FTC website.

Now that the Supreme Court has ruled on the Affordable Care Act, anti-trust will become the most important policy issue in healthcare.  We are excited that Professor Dafny will play a central role in the anti-trust debate.
