    Admissions Requirements
    Upon acceptance to the Executive MBA Programs you will receive an admissions packet at your home address. Once you have made your decision, please complete the admissions requirements to confirm your enrollment in the Executive MBA Programs. Please contact Jennifer Dobby with any questions regarding admissions.
    • Review laptop information and indicate your participation on the confirmation of enrollment form. Please note: the laptop information is relevant for January 2010 students, the laptop information may change slightly for the September 2010 classes.

    • Sign confirmation of enrollment form and send to Executive MBA Office with $5,000 deposit. The confirmation of enrollment form is sent with the admissions packet. If you need another copy, please contact the Executive MBA Admissions Assistant, Jennifer Dobby.


    • Contact Paul Dodds with any questions regarding Financial Aid or review Financial Aid options online. Please note: The Financial Aid information for the September 2010 classes will be available in Spring 2010. Please be in touch with Paul if you have any specific questions.

    • Follow the necessary steps to activate your Northwestern net-id, which will give you access to various password protected areas on the Kellogg site as well as your Kellogg e-mail. Please review the letter from Kellogg Information Systems (KIS) in your admissions packet.
    Registration Requirements

    Student Visa

    Important reminder for International Students starting in January 2010:
    You will not be allowed to enter the United States for our December Orientation on a tourist visa.


    If you are not a citizen or resident of the United States, you must obtain a student visa before the start of the program. To ensure you receive your I-20 on time, please complete the following steps no later than Friday, October 30th at 5:00 PM CST.

    1. Fill out a I-20/DS-2019 request form via the Northwestern International site. Refer to the checklist and visa documents for steps and documents needed to issue your I-20 visa. Please fill out the DS-2019 Request Form electronically, handwritten forms will not be accepted.

    2. Submit via EMAIL the completed form, along with the required supporting documentation, and a copy of the biographical page of your passport to Carolina Pina (Miami Campus) or Jennifer Dobby (Evanston Campus).

    Northwestern Health Requirements
    Miami campus students are not required to submit Admissions Health Records. Evanston campus students, click here to access the form- click on Forms>Admissions Health Record for Non-Healthcare Students.pdf.

    The deadlines for Executive MBA students are:
    January 2010 Programs: February 1st
    September 2010 Program: November 1st

    Please ignore the deadlines on the actual form, we have worked out an alternative deadline with the NU Health Services office.
