Sally Pofcher

Chief Executive Officer, Paper Source

Sally Pofcher joined Paper Source as Chief Executive Officer in 2007. Her prior experience includes being SVP of Strategy and Business Development at Gap Inc. and a partner at McKinsey & Company. During her years at McKinsey, Sally worked with a number of major branded companies and retailers on their growth strategies, format renewal, and operational processes.

Sally has a Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University/Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Following college, she spent 3 years at Citibank in New York and Latin America working with consumer companies.

Sally lives in Chicago with her husband and two (soon to be three) children. She was on the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco, and is currently a member of Young Presidents Organization.
