Women's Leadership Workshop will take place May 16 and 17.

THINK BRAVELY. LEAD CONFIDENTLY.

The mission of the Women’s Leadership Workshop is to bring together high potential women to build a foundation of leadership skills that will advance their personal and professional goals while encouraging them to explore new paths.

UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL

Assess your current leadership skills. Explore new techniques in negotiation, teambuilding and communication sessions. Participate in an experiential event where you will engage in guided discussions of topics central to your personal and professional development.

SHAPE YOUR FUTURE

Network with female professionals and managers. Hear personal stories from Kellogg women about how an MBA is accelerating their career growth. Reflect upon and chart a path for your own future leadership development.

"My time at Kellogg’s Women’s Leadership Workshop exceeded my already-high expectations. The sessions were directly applicable to my work, and the time spent with other professionals and Kellogg students was incredibly valuable as I considered applying to MBA programs. I’d recommend the workshop to any woman who’s interested in developing leadership skills or pursuing an MBA."

"The WLW I attended in April 2011 was immensely valuable in my decision to apply to business school, specifically Kellogg. The various speakers and break-out activities also helped me build my personal and professional network. I was particularly struck by the caliber of professors that gave mini-lectures on leadership, values, personal brand, and negotiations, as well as the engagement of existing Kellogg students to share their experiences. Professor Michelle Buck ended the weekend with a quote that I will always take with me in my career: ‘Remember...it's one thing to be a part of the conversation, but it's a whole different thing to change the conversation."
