Faculty Michele Rogers is Assistant Dean of Experiential Learning & Integrated Programs. Michele has experience in consulting, owning a small business, labor relations at Cummins Engine Co., human resources for a start-up in North Carolina, and admissions, financial aid and student affairs in graduate business and journalism programs. As part of the M-LAB team, she works with project clients from solicitation of proposals in January through final student presentations in May. Organizations interested in M-Lab may contact Michele at 847-491-8689 or myrogers@kellogg.northwestern.edu Hal Sullivan is lead investor and chairman of the board of Insignis, Inc., a privately held start up firm that provides a hosted data service that aggregates and presents investment data for institutional investors and their advisors. Mr. Sullivan is also lead investor and managing director of inSORS Integrated Communications, Inc., a privately held start up firm that sells software and related integrated hardware solution that support voice, video, and data collaboration using IP networks. Previously Mr. Sullivan served as vice president of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, responsible for European manufacturing and multi national accounts.
