KSA VP Technology | Key initiatives for 2009-2010
Accountability/Transparency - Launch a continuous improvement tool for the Technology element of the Kellogg Student Experience - Improve communications mechanism of key technology information to student population
Community/Collaboration - Promote a standardized platform for collaboration (file sharing, online meeting, instant messaging)
Knowledge/Tradition - Launch a Wiki environment to capture and transfer knowledge across Kellogg generations/classes
- Create an offering of training courses for Kellogg students, owned and administered by Technology Representatives |

KSA Technology Committee The committee is made up of Section Technology Representatives and other delegates chosen by the VP of Technology. Tech Reps have the opportunity to impact the technology experience at Kellogg by:
- Collaborating on various technology related initiatives: - Selection of laptop candidates for the Kellogg Laptop Program - Evaluation of various software solutions relevant to student life at Kellogg - Promotion of social networking applications at Kellogg - Continuous improvement of architecture and content on public and internal Kellogg websites - Administering Technology related surveys - Promoting Technology related green initiatives
- Serving as information conduit up- and downstream between school administration and student body
- Organizing and running training sessions on various Technology topics for the Kellogg student community
- Providing strategic input in defining the long term vision for Kellogg technology |
