The KSA Career Management Committee's key goal is to ensure that student career needs are being met through the offerings of the Career Management Center.

The committee partners with the Career Management Center (CMC) in order to:

• Represent the student body as a sounding board for the CMC staff
• Participate in new and ongoing initiatives to continuously improve the career resources available to the student body
• Communicating to the student body regular updates on key CMC activities

The Career Management Committee is made up of Section Career Management Representatives. Regular Committee Meetings are held with the Career Management Center staff.

CMC Reps have the opportunity to make an impact through several initiatives, including:

• Developing new initiatives to meet student job search needs (such as exploring international recruiting options and options for non-traditional career paths)
• Representing student concerns and ideas to the CMC staff
• Communicating deadlines and recruiting procedures to individual sections
• Providing feedback and facilitating improvments to the recruiting procedures, as well as other key training events and the CMC web site.
