Process
for GMA Allocations
- Each
Spring, the new officers of each club will submit a budget
request package to the GMA's
VP of Finance. This package should be received by the
VP of Finance no later than the deadline that he/she specifies
and communicates to clubs. Clubs that miss the deadline
will not receive GMA funding, but may be eligible for a
$50 administrative allocation.
- GMA
resources are funded entirely by student activity fees and
are thus limited. Consequently, the GMA can not subsidize
all club activities. Some clubs may need to supplement GMA
funding with other revenue sources such as membership dues
or resume books. Clubs may, but are not required to, disclose
these fundraising activities in the GMA funding requests.
